Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications with speed and accuracy Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions smoothly Manage food service customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining zones, and kitchen equipment Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and perform cash handling duties responsibly Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or quick service restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food industry procedures Previous retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us in delivering fast, friendly service that keeps customers coming back!
