This position provides hands-on support in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water well pumping systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a variety of outdoor conditions. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation and replacement of residential, agricultural, and commercial water well pumping systems. Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of pumps and related equipment. Operate tools, equipment, and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices. Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects in a timely manner.
