Cooks & Fryers The Role :

Season, hand-bread, and deep-fry our world-famous Louisiana-style chicken, tenders, and sides.

Responsibilities :

Operate commercial deep fryers safely, maintain flour sifting tables, wash kitchen dishes/utensils, and follow strict food safety guidelines.

Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years old (required to operate commercial deep fryers). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 2.

Guest Service & Cashiers The Role :

Greet guests with a smile, take accurate orders, and deliver lightning-fast service.

Responsibilities :

Handle cash/card registers, run the drive-thru window, package hot food orders quickly, and keep the dining room and counter completely spotless.

Requirements :
