Ranger Joe's Pizza is hiring reliable, upbeat, and motivated crew members for our Columbia Falls, Montana location. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available, with flexible scheduling for students. COMPENSATION
Estimated hourly earnings: $17.00
•22.00 per hour , including tips.
• Starting base pay is determined by the position, relevant experience, availability, and overall fit for the role. Tip amounts vary depending on the shift, hours worked, and level of business.
POSITIONS MAY INCLUDE
Restaurant Crew Members Pizza Cooks and Pizza Makers Food Preparation Crew Members Front Counter and Customer Service Crew Members Kitchen and Back-of-House Crew Members Previous restaurant or pizza-making experience is helpful, but it is not required. We provide training for dependable applicants who are ready to learn and contribute to the team.
WORK SCHEDULE
Scheduling is based on employee availability and the operational needs of the restaurant.
Available shifts may include:
Morning/Night food-preparation shifts Daytime shifts Evening shifts Shifts ranging from approximately 4 to 10 hours Tuesday through Sunday availability Ranger Joe's Pizza is closed on Mondays. Flexible scheduling for students may also be available. Applicants with strong weekend and evening availability are encouraged to apply.
WHAT YOU MAY DO
Responsibilities will depend on your assigned position, training, experience, and age-related eligibility.
Duties may include:
Preparing pizzas according to Ranger Joe's recipes and quality standards Preparing ingredients and keeping food-storage areas clean and organized Cutting, finishing, boxing, and organizing completed orders Taking customer orders in person and over the telephone Accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system Providing friendly, attentive, and helpful customer service Processing payments and completing basic cash transactions Cleaning and sanitizing workstations throughout each shift Operating approved restaurant and kitchen equipment after receiving proper training Supporting coworkers and helping maintain efficient service during busy periods Following all food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and company procedures Helping create a fun and memorable food adventure experience for every guest
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Successful Ranger Joe's crew members are: Reliable, punctual, and responsible Friendly, positive, and willing to learn Comfortable working as part of a team Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Clear and respectful communicators Capable of following recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures Professional when interacting with customers and coworkers Comfortable using basic math when handling orders and payments Willing to jump in and help wherever the team needs them Previous restaurant or pizza-making experience is a plus, but it is not required. A dependable work ethic, strong attitude, and willingness to learn are among the most important qualifications.
