Echo Sierra Tactical is hiring Opposition Force (OpFor) Team Members to help bring our immersive training experiences to life. OpFor is more than playing the "bad guy." You'll be part of the team responsible for creating dynamic, realistic scenarios that challenge participants to communicate, make decisions, adapt, and perform under pressure. Depending on the mission, you may be working against participants, supporting scenario objectives, portraying different roles, resetting training environments, assisting with equipment, and helping our team deliver a safe, professional, high-energy experience. No two missions are exactly the same. What You'll Do Serve as live Opposition Force during immersive training scenarios Portray assigned roles and follow scenario objectives and instructions Help create realistic, challenging experiences for participants Adapt your actions based on how a scenario develops Communicate with instructors, teammates, and other OpFor members Assist with scenario setup, resets, equipment, and training areas Participate in pre-mission briefs and post-mission After-Action Reviews Follow all EST safety procedures and staff direction Help maintain a professional, welcoming environment for participants with a wide range of experience levels Support other facility and operational tasks as needed between missions We're Looking For People Who Are 16 years of age or older Reliable and able to show up ready to work Comfortable working as part of a team Able to listen, communicate, and follow direction Comfortable adapting when a scenario doesn't go according to plan Mature enough to take safety seriously Willing to learn and receive feedback Comfortable in an active, fast-moving environment Able to stay professional while still having some fun with the role Tactical, military, law enforcement, acting, athletics, airsoft, paintball, or similar experience can be useful, but we're primarily looking for the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. What This Job Is Actually Like This is not a traditional desk job, and it isn't about looking tactical. You may spend one mission working as part of an organized opposing force and the next helping create an entirely different challenge. The objective is to give participants a dynamic experience that forces them to think, communicate, adapt, and improve.
