Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and transactions with accuracy Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing payments, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Assist with food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food storage procedures are followed Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable; experience in grocery stores or retail math is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by combining your passion for food with your dedication to excellent service.
