Job Description
We're hiring an Enrollment Team Member who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences. In this role, you'll work directly with customers throughout the Fort Wayne, Indiana area while representing Verizon products and services. As part of our growing sales team, you'll build relationships with customers, recommend solutions that fit their needs, and contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven environment. As an Enrollment Team Member, you'll receive hands-on training in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. No prior sales experience is required as we provide the coaching, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed and grow within the company. Responsibilities of an Enrollment Team Member include Collaborate with team members to evaluate customer interactions and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Meet directly with customers to educate them on Verizon products, services, and promotional offerings. Manage daily sales activities while maintaining organization and efficiency. Gather customer feedback and sales data to help identify trends and improve sales strategies. Learn company sales techniques, standard operating procedures, and customer service best practices. Continuously develop your sales and communication skills through ongoing training and coaching. Maintain a positive, professional attitude that contributes to a productive team culture. Practice and refine sales presentations to confidently achieve individual and team sales goals. Support and encourage teammates by sharing knowledge and best practices as you gain experience. Skills and Qualifications of a Enrollment Team Member Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and teammates. High school diploma or equivalent required. Willingness to learn new processes, accept coaching, and grow in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Ability to analyze sales performance and customer interactions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop professionally in a performance-driven environment.
