As part of our opening team, you'll help create the world-famous Cinnabon rolls and serve guests in a fun, fast-paced environment. We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, have great customer service skills, and ideally have previous fast-food or quick-service experience . Responsibilities Prepare and serve Cinnabon products according to company recipes and standards. Provide friendly, efficient service at the counter and drive-through customer satisfaction. Operate the POS register, handle cash/credit transactions accurately. Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures. Support your teammates and maintain a positive, team-focused work environment. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior food-service or retail experience preferred (Cinnabon or bakery experience is a plus). Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Good communication and teamwork skills. Available to work Morning Shift, weekends, and holidays as needed. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
