SPECIALIZED ROLE
This role is part of our Back of House Quality Team with a strong focus on cleanliness, organization, dishwashing, sanitation, and supporting kitchen operations. Utility Team Members help create a clean, safe, and efficient environment by managing dishes, trash, kitchen organization, and deep cleaning responsibilities throughout the restaurant. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in hard work, consistency, organization, and supporting the success of the team behind the scenes. Success in this role requires urgency, discipline, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to serve wherever needed.
THIS ROLE IS PHYSICALLY DEMANDING
This position is highly physical and fast-paced. Team Members should be comfortable working on their feet for long periods of time while lifting, cleaning, organizing, and moving quickly throughout the kitchen. Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and utility areas Manage trash removal and cardboard disposal throughout shifts Complete deep cleaning responsibilities according to restaurant standards Support food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Maintain clean floors, drains, sinks, walls, and work surfaces Restock cleaning supplies and support kitchen organization Work efficiently during high-volume periods Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture Complete opening and closing cleaning responsibilities as assigned
