Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate cash registers accurately and handle cash transactions with care. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and café areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices. Requirements Previous experience in cash handling or operating a cash register is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
