Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions accurately. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and resolving any concerns promptly. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation, order assembly, and general cleaning tasks. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude! Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety management practices is advantageous. Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management. Proven ability to deliver friendly customer service while maintaining a clean workspace in a fast-paced setting.
