"We don't just make sandwiches; we serve our neighbors. A Local Tradition Since 1960." ## Position Overview We are seeking energetic, reliable, and coachable Team Members to join our fast-paced deli. At Trio, we value hard work, teamwork, and serving our Woodlyn community with the best cold cuts, sandwiches, and craft beers. ## Core Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Technology:
    Accurately process orders using our touchscreen Clover POS system.
  • Physical Stamina:
    Stand and move quickly for 4-5 hours during peak lunch rushes.
  • Heavy Lifting & Restocking:
    Safely lift and carry cases of soda, meats, and cheeses (up to 25 lbs).
  • Multitasking:
    Prioritize tasks efficiently, such as answering phones, serving waiting customers, and cleaning slicers during rush hours.
  • Proactive Maintenance:
    Utilize "downtime" productively by cleaning specific areas and restocking shelves without needing constant direction. ## Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must be 18 or older (or possess a valid Work Permit) and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Thick Skin & Coachable:
    Ability to handle fast, direct communication during intense rushes without taking feedback personally.
  • The "Philly Sports"
Clause:
Absolute commitment to working high-volume days, including Super Bowl Sunday, Playoff games, and major local events.
  • Mandatory valid Driver's License or State ID required prior to the first shift for security purposes. ## Schedule & Shifts Trio is a service business, and we need reliable people when our community needs us. Actual scheduled shifts are flexibly assigned (typically 1-4 hours) within the following windows:
  • Opening Shift:
    9:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM
  • Closing Shift:
    12:00 PM
