We are a locally owned Cajun Restaurant & Specialty Food Store that has proudly served our community for more than 16 years. Our busy season is right around the corner, & we are looking for the right person to join our team. We are not a franchise or corporate restaurant. We take great pride in preparing authentic Cajun food from scratch and providing the kind of friendly, personal customer service that keeps our customers coming back. We have built a strong reputation in the community for great food, great service, & doing things the right way. About the Position This is a front counter/customer service position in our counter-service restaurant & specialty food store.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting & taking care of customers as they come into the store Taking orders & operation our POS system Serving customers from our deli Coordinating catering & to-go orders Keeping the dining room clean, organized, & welcoming Learning our menu & specialty products so you can confidently assist customers Building relationships with our many regular & repeat customers Helping the team wherever needed during busy periods, especially during the holidays & crawfish season This is a customer facing postition, so we are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, takes pride in their appearance, & understands that great service matters just as much as great food. We offer competitive pay plus tips & are closed on all major holidays.
