Job Description

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To perform quality inspections by utilizing various measuring techniques and standard processes
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Maintain standard 5S expectations Ensure all pertinent information is documented and recorded onto the Device History Record (DHR) Ensure conformance to order specifications on final inspections in a specified department or area or on a designated line Perform duties assigned and with minimal supervision Maintain an organized and clean work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times Focus on continuous Lean Manufacturing improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment Read and interpret work instructions, work orders, inspection criteria, tape measures, and company policies and procedures Identify and record facts Lift/push/pull 50 lbs.
Must have:
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel Good verbal and written communication skills A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
This is an entry level position
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment as a Quality Inspector Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or
GED PREFERRED EDUCATION
