Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Infor POS. Deliver food promptly to customers' vehicles or tables while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to assist with food preparation when needed. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage. Upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Ensure food service customer order management is smooth by coordinating with kitchen staff and monitoring order accuracy. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments, with strong knowledge of food preparation and serving techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Infor POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and handle inquiries professionally. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing change efficiently. Experience operating kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and warming stations. Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
