Edible Arrangements Position Summary Edible Arrangements in McAllen is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Team Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while creating high-quality products that bring joy to our customers. Team Associates support daily store operations, including fruit preparation, arrangement assembly, packing, and general store upkeep. Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh fruit according to company standards (washing, cutting, and prepping) Assemble fruit arrangements and chocolate-dipped items with attention to detail Package and label orders accurately for pickup or delivery Perform quality checks to ensure products meet presentation and freshness standards Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Assist with general store tasks, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies Qualifications & Requirements No prior experience required (training provided) Valid State Driver's License Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as needed Food handler certification preferred or willingness to obtain one Skills & Attributes Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good time management and organizational skills Commitment to cleanliness and food safety Why Join Edible Arrangements?
