Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food handling and service needs Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, and handle POS systems with accuracy Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards and food safety protocols Ensure all food service areas are organized, sanitized, and well-stocked throughout shifts Support retail sales transactions by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Follow proper food safety management practices to uphold hygiene standards at all times Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in food handling, serving, and cashiering roles within the food industry or retail settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations.
