At Elite Sports Clubs, we bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across four Milwaukee-area locations. Our clubs are built around connection—where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best. This hands-on position supports birthday parties, family activities, children's programming in our Quad, special club events, and community events throughout the Milwaukee area. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, leading games and activities, interacting with families, and being part of an energetic team. Responsibilities Help set up, lead, supervise, and clean up birthday parties and family events. Lead sports, games, challenges, and age-appropriate activities for children in the Quad. Support holiday celebrations, themed events, open houses, family programs, and other special club events. Represent Elite Sports Clubs at community events throughout Milwaukee, the North Shore, Brookfield, and surrounding areas. Help load, unload, set up, and tear down equipment for off-site events. Work collaboratively with Elite team members to ensure events and programs run smoothly. Qualifications Enjoys working with children and families. Friendly, energetic, positive, and dependable. Comfortable leading games, sports, and group activities. Available to work evenings and weekends based on event and programming schedules. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and assist with event setup and teardown. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to events throughout the Milwaukee area, including the North Shore and Brookfield. 7Ja5oDZiaH
