Whether you're preparing fresh ingredients or handling transactions, your contribution is vital to our fast-paced, food service environment. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and quality at all times Operate POS systems such as Toast processing Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations Handle credit card payments with professionalism Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with bussing tables or cleaning duties as needed to support a clean and welcoming environment Requirements Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours You're able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally You're able to stand/walk a minimum of 5 hours or as needed Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for sales calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and cleaning Work multiple stations (load, dress, clean, prep, front) as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager. Others duties as assigned Restock food line, chips and cooler If 18 or older, use of the automatic slicer to prep food items Clean tables, counters, floors, kitchen and utensils; take out trash Effectively handle customer complaints/issues Must be able to handle working in varying temperature conditions (walk in coolers, freezers, outdoors as needed).
