Job Description:

Join our team as a Production Associate in a dynamic cold environment focused on herbal processing and repacking. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and timely packaging of our products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, trim, and prepare herbs in a cold processing environment to meet quality standards. Unpack bags and boxes of herbs, ensuring proper handling and sanitation. Weigh and repackage herbs into smaller, customer-ready bundles with precision. Sort and select produce based on quality standards, identifying any defects or irregularities. Open and assemble carton boxes in preparation for packing. Pack prepared herbs into boxes, ensuring accurate labeling and secure packaging for shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to safety and food safety protocols. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in processing, repacking, or similar production roles is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a cold environment for extended periods. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
