A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A GAMING SHIFT MANAGER

As a Full Time Gaming Shift Manager at Miami Valley Gaming, you will be the driving force behind exceptional guest service and unwavering satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include supervising various gaming areas, ensuring they operate in line with established policies and procedures to maximize revenue goals. You will manage staffing levels effectively, promoting a seamless guest experience while being knowledgeable about marketing promotions and gaming events. You'll play a key role in resolving customer disputes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills will shine as you submit essential reports and support the Sr. Manager of Gaming with administrative tasks. Establishing strong communication channels is vital, and you will maintain equipment functionality while making minor repairs as needed. With a commitment to safeguarding company assets and adhering to safety protocols, you will deliver an exhilarating environment for both guests and team members. A college degree combined with at least three years of mid-management experience is essential, ideally within the gaming industry, focusing on Slots or Video Lottery Terminals (VLT). Your leadership abilities will be critical as you supervise a dynamic team, ensuring they meet the high standards of guest service. Proficiency in relevant software and tools will help you manage operations efficiently, from monitoring VLT activity to generating insightful reports. Strong problem-solving capabilities are a must for addressing customer disputes and ensuring compliance with gaming laws and regulations. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
