A Gaming Supervisor supervises staff and coordinates activity in a particular area of a casino or gambling establishment. Circulates through a gambling or table game area; monitors table coverage and observes staff and customers to be sure that game rules are followed. Explains house operating rules as needed. Handles customer complaints. Sets staff schedules and assignments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for control of inventory 2. All daily paper and pull tab operation 3. Pack building 4. Meets organizational needs 5. Must be knowledgeable of compliance laws understanding of MICS pertaining to Bingo-Tabs 6. Keep running inventory of paper and tabs audit reports 7. Provides paperwork to accounting

EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED preferred
EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of bingo packs that are sold, data entry on MS Excel, paper ordering, 10 key. Knowledge of computers is essential.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day. Be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to read, write and speak basic English
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
