GAMING ATTENDANTJob Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Gaming Attendant to join our team. The Gaming Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store, handling cash, and following all age-verification and alcohol-service requirements. Responsibilities Count and verify the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Accurately handle cash transactions. Sell and serve beer, wine, and other permitted alcoholic beverages according to all applicable requirements. Check identification to ensure anyone playing electronic gaming machines or purchasing/consuming alcohol is 21 or older . Maintain a clean and organized gaming room and keep all 6 electronic gaming machines clean. Clean and maintain all areas of the store, including bathrooms, floors, counters, and work areas. Restock complimentary customer items, snacks, and other supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the entire shift. Provide friendly, respectful, and positive interactions with every customer. Follow all company policies and procedures. Report any issues, concerns, or incidents to management. Complete assigned daily duties and promotions accurately and responsibly. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older to apply. Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate . Must have a valid BASSET Certificate . Must be dependable, responsible, and professional. Strong customer-service and communication skills are required. Must be comfortable handling cash and alcohol sales. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Previous gaming or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. Our Expectations A clean workspace is a welcoming workspace. We expect every Gaming Attendant to take pride in maintaining the store, providing positive customer interactions, and completing all assigned duties throughout their shift.
