Starting Rate:
$14.49 an hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Stock all food and paper supplies. 2. Keep work area clean and organized. 3. Serve menu items according to Indigo Sky Casino recipe standard. 4. Clean out coolers on a daily basis. 5. Keep table cleaned and ash trays dumped. 6. Take out trash 7. Keep work area cleaned at all times 8. Wear appropriate uniform 9. Work schedule as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION
High School diploma or
GED. EXPERIENCE
6 months previous restaurant experience preferred.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Serve Safe Certified.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. While performing the duties of this job, the Team member is regularly required to stand for a full shift; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The Team member frequently is required to taste or smell. The Team member is occasionally required to walk. The Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to read, write and speak basic English.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. While performing the duties of this job, the Team member is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The Team member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Indigo Sky Casino maintains an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
