Job Description

Role Overview The Bar Host / Bartender helps create the "sip" part of the
THE SOCO HOUSE
experience. This person is responsible for keeping the bar area clean, stocked, welcoming, and aligned with the overall vibe of the store. This role is about more than pouring a drink. It is about hospitality, energy, presentation, and making guests feel taken care of from the moment they walk in. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks during shop and bar hours, private events, and styling experiences
  • Keep the bar area clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
  • Own bar setup and breakdown before and after events
  • Track bar supplies and communicate what needs to be restocked
  • Follow all store policies and alcohol-service requirements
  • Help maintain the overall guest experience during events
  • Model or appear in content when needed and comfortable We Are Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Eligible to serve alcohol based on state and local requirements Bonus Points For
  • Bartending or serving experience
  • Event experience
  • Retail or boutique experience
  • A strong eye for presentation and details
  • Experience with cocktail prep, bar setup, or guest hospitality Schedule This is a part-time and event-based role.
Hours may vary based on store needs, private events, shopping experiences, styling appointments, and special gatherings. Evening and weekend availability will be important. Compensation This position starts at $13/hour + Tips and Event Fees. About
