We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Host to join our team. At Waters Edge Hotel, we take pride in creating memorable experiences through genuine hospitality and personalized service. Schedule Approximately 30 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours based on business needs. A combination of morning shifts (6:30 a.m.

• 2:30 p.m.) and evening shifts (2:30 p.m.

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and local recommendations.
• Make and modify reservations.
• Respond to phone calls and emails.
• Balance cash and complete daily front desk procedures.
• Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.

While this position's primary responsibilities are at the front desk, there will be occasions when you'll be asked to assist with other operational tasks as needed.
