La Dolce Vita is currently seeking a host.

Responsibilities:

• This role requires knowledgeable and warm attention paid to guest experience curation and reservations book management.
• This role ensures all guests are greeted warmly and hospitably, notes VIPs and special guests. Provides notification of these guests to servers, managers and chef.
• Develops and fosters guest relationships and clientele.
• Responds to guest emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Monitors guest spaces for cleanliness
• Provides a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues
• Any other responsibilities delegated by management

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates will be polished, poised and have a great sense of personal style
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• High School diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and a minimum of 2+ years of applicable restaurant and/or hospitality management experience
