Approximately 15-30 hours/week depending on project needs and availability Job Overview LiveLab is looking for confident, energetic, and sales-driven bilingual TikTok Livestream Hosts who are fluent in both English and Spanish . You will host e-commerce livestreams, introduce and demonstrate products, engage with viewers in real time, and use strong communication and sales skills to drive purchases. Previous livestream experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, retail, customer service, content creation, social media, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Host TikTok Shop and other e-commerce livestreams in English and/or Spanish Present products clearly, confidently, and naturally on camera Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time Explain product features, benefits, and key selling points Communicate promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers Use persuasive and engaging sales techniques to drive GMV and conversion Adapt communication style based on the audience and livestream performance Work closely with PMs and Moderators during livestreams Participate in paid training, practice sessions, and performance feedback What We're Looking For Fluent or professionally proficient in both English and Spanish Confident and comfortable speaking on camera Energetic, expressive, and naturally engaging Strong communication and sales ability Able to think quickly and respond naturally during live interactions Comfortable learning and presenting different types of products Reliable, punctual, and coachable Able to work on-site in Culver City Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Sales or retail Customer service Brand ambassador work Content creation or social media Hosting, presenting, or public speaking TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, or livestream commerce What We Offer $20-$40/hour + performance-based commission Paid livestream and product training Flexible part-time scheduling Opportunities to work across multiple brands and projects Additional hours and project opportunities based on performance and availability No previous livestream experience is required if you have strong bilingual communication skills, sales potential, and natural on-camera presence.
