Live Stream Auction Host (Whatnot & TikTok) Full job description We're looking for a high-energy Live Stream Auction Host to run our live auctions on Whatnot and TikTok. You'll be the face of our streams: presenting items, keeping the chat engaged, and keeping bids coming in. If you love being on camera, can talk nonstop without running out of steam, and get a rush from a fast-moving auction, you'll do well here. What You'll Do Hosting Live Auctions (your entire shift) Go live on Whatnot and TikTok and run our live selling auctions from start to finish. Present each item with energy and confidence so viewers want to bid. Keep the pace moving. Dead air loses viewers, so one auction rolls right into the next. Engage with chat by answering questions, shouting out bidders, and building hype when bidding heats up. Describe items accurately. Buyers need to know exactly what they're bidding on. Learn items on the fly so you can talk about them without hesitation. Pick up platform features on Whatnot and TikTok as they change and use them to keep streams fresh. Your whole shift is spent live on camera. Your energy is what keeps viewers watching and bidding, so bringing it from the first minute to the last is the job. What We're Looking For Dependable and on time. Streams start when they're scheduled, every time. This is the single most important thing. Great on-camera energy and a personality that keeps people watching. A fast learner who can pick up new items and platform features quickly. Comfortable talking nonstop and thinking on your feet. Available late afternoons to late night, throughout the week and on weekends. Late-night availability is required. No prior live selling or streaming experience required. We'll train you on our process. Familiarity with Whatnot or TikTok Live is a plus and will help you ramp up faster, but it is not a requirement, and we're glad to train the right person from scratch.

Pay:

$25.00
