25% of net show profit per event (after expenses) with a $150 minimum guarantee per show

Frequency:

Minimum 1 event per month, ideally a range of 2-4 events per month All hosts will be trained by the On The Spot Dating HQ team! Are you the friend who's always hosting, always on the mic, always yapping it up at parties to keep people entertained and engaged? On The Spot Dating Show is looking for an Event Producer/Host/MC to run our events in your market to help us expand where we do shows!

Responsibilities:

Find venues and manage those relationships Coordinate with the A/V Tech Lead on day-of logistics Keep the event running smoothly and on schedule Problem-solve and make real-time calls throughout the night Create a welcoming, fun environment for every guest Curate an exceptional guest experience from doors to last call Emcee the dating show rounds Lead the social mixer after the show Communicate with contestants before and during the show Keep the audience engaged all night long Coordinate with event sponsors Represent the On The Spot Dating brand with enthusiasm and professionalism What we're looking for: Experience hosting or running events, or a strong desire to learn Comfortable speaking in front of a crowd (hosting or stage experience is a bonus) Bonus experience: A/V experience, event production/coordination, live event hosting or MCing, improv/comedy/performing, wedding or corporate event hosting, trivia night or game show hosting, hospitality, public speaking Why You'll Love This Role No two shows are the same, so it never gets boring!
