We're hiring energetic, engaging on-camera hosts to run live auction-style sales on TikTok LIVE, featuring loose diamonds and diamond jewelry. You'll be the face of our brand — building trust with viewers in real time, describing pieces accurately, driving bids, and creating a fast-paced, exciting shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be available part-time hours and will be flexible to work within our hours of operation. This is an on-site position for our location in Los Angeles, CA. The average pay for this position is between $18-$25 hourly, based on experience. Sales incentives include 2% Commission on all sales during LIVE sessions. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Host live auction-style selling streams on TikTok, multiple sessions per week Present diamonds and jewelry pieces clearly: cut, carat, clarity, color, setting, and price Drive bidding energy and urgency while keeping the stream fun and trustworthy Respond to live comments, answer questions, and handle objections in real time Follow scripts/talking points for compliance (pricing, guarantees, shipping, returns) while keeping delivery natural Collaborate with our production team on lighting, camera setup, and product staging Track sold items and coordinate with fulfillment Help build and grow a loyal live-shopping audience over time

Qualifications:

On-camera confidence — comfortable talking to a camera for extended periods, no script-reading energy Fast talker / strong improv skills — auctions move quickly; you need to think on your feet Sales instincts — genuine enthusiasm that translates into urgency and conversions Stamina — live selling sessions can run 5+ hours Clear, engaging communication — good voice, good pacing, good energy Reliability — this is a scheduled, recurring commitment Jewelry/diamond knowledge a plus (we will train), but coachability matters more than prior expertise Prior experience with TikTok LIVE, QVC-style selling, live auctions, or livestream commerce is a strong plus
