Job Description
Overview In this position, you would be providing excellent customer service and assist in maintaining the appearance of the pool and surrounding areas. Must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Maintain the company image, vision statement, and Forbes standards. Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests and escort them to a lounge chair according to company standards. Set Cabanas and lounge chairs according to service standards. Introduce the guests' server as they sit down. Anticipate and address guests` service needs. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with umbrellas, etc. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, pool deck, and host stand throughout the day. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Check the restroom and perimeter of the pool deck every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness. Thank guests with genuine appreciation. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
