As a Host, you're often the first point of contact for families arriving at Waterworks Aquatics. You create a welcoming, organized, and positive lobby experience while helping families navigate their visit with ease. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that blends hospitality, communication, and multitasking in a fun, energetic environment. About Waterworks Aquatics Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school teaching children (ages 3 months and up) and adults how to swim. Our mission is to educate and motivate individuals to be safer and learn proper swimming technique. Every role at Waterworks supports an exceptional and safe experience for our families. How You'll Make an Impact Greet families warmly and create a positive first impression. Answer questions about facility layout, lesson logistics, programs, and amenities. Direct families to lessons or the front desk for account-related assistance. Help manage lobby flow and expedite lines during peak times. Assist with retail and snack shop purchases using the POS system. Maintain a clean, dry, and safe lobby, restroom, and changing areas. Conduct facility tours and support special events or birthday parties as needed. Proactively assist families and team members to keep operations running smoothly. CPR, AED, and First Aid (Infant/Child/Adult) certification or willingness to obtain.
Pay, Schedule & Growth Pay Range:
$18.57 per hour. Flexible scheduling that works with school or other commitments, weekend shifts are required. Consistent hours in a structured, team-oriented environment.
