As a Dining Room Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by creating a warm and welcoming dining experience through heartfelt hospitality. You will greet guests, manage the dining area, and assist with various guest needs.

Responsibilities:

Create remarkable experiences for our guests through Genuine Hospitality Ensure a fun, clean & excellent guest service and satisfaction Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management Oversee the proper setup and maintenance of the dining room area Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth food service operations

Requirements:
