Competitive hourly wage Position Summary We are seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our restaurant team as a Host / Busser / Waitstaff. In this versatile role, you'll help create an outstanding dining experience by welcoming guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining room, and providing excellent support to both customers and fellow team members. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Seat guests promptly while managing the waitlist during busy periods. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries. Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Refill water, beverages, napkins, and other table necessities as needed. Assist servers with food delivery, table maintenance, and guest requests. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and service areas. Stock service stations with necessary supplies throughout the shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train motivated individuals. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
