Job Description

Host / Hostess — David Burke Prime, Foxwoods Resort Casino Our hosts are the first and last impression of David Burke Prime. We are looking for warm, organized, composed professionals to manage the door and the dining room floor plan. David Burke Prime is a classic American steakhouse at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut. We are staffing the reopening of our dining room, bar, and kitchen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet and seat guests warmly; manage the reservation book and waitlist Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries professionally Control the flow of seating to balance server sections and kitchen pace Maintain a clean, orderly host stand and entryway Coordinate with managers and servers on VIPs, large parties, and special requests Thank guests on departure and take to-go orders as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Prior host, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Professional appearance and polished, friendly communication skills Comfortable using a reservation system (OpenTable, Resy, or similar) and a multi-line phone Calm under pressure and able to stand for full shifts Reliable and punctual; evening and weekend availability required, and holidays are required for all positions

SCHEDULE & PAY

Part-time Evenings, weekends & holidays required From $16.94 / hr (CT minimum wage), based on experience
