  • Part Time
  • Hourly/Non-Exempt The person in this position is to ensure that visitors have a memorable experience while visiting the museum.
He or she is responsible for providing visitors with an engaging and informative experience. He or she is responsible for operating the exhibits, ensuring that they are functioning correctly, and providing visitors with information about the exhibits. He or she is also responsible for making sure all equipment is kept clean. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Complete all transactions properly and accurately on a POS system, includes handling of cash and credit card payments for ticket purchases.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of the work area.
  • Ensures that all ticket prices and promotional materials are accurate and in good condition.
  • Greet and brief guests on operation instructions.
  • Ensures an enjoyable experience for all guests, on and off the attractions.
  • Sell virtual reality experiences with enthusiasm.
  • Ensures safety of all guests inside the attractions area; notifying management of concerns or problems if any arise.
  • Perform daily routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
