We are NOT looking for professional artists. We're looking for energetic, positive, and reliable people who enjoy working with others and creating a fun environment. If you have a great attitude, enjoy staying active, and like making people feel welcome, we can teach you everything else. No art experience is required. An interest in art or creativity is a plus — but personality, energy, and hospitality matter most. What You'll Do Guide guests through fun fluid art experiences and projects Create a welcoming, upbeat, and engaging atmosphere Help guests feel comfortable and excited during their visit Support birthday parties, date nights, family outings, and group events Assist with setup, cleanup, and keeping the studio organized Work with the team to create smooth and memorable experiences Who We're Looking For Someone who: Brings positive energy and enjoys interacting with people Is friendly, outgoing, and dependable Can stay organized in a fast-paced environment Works well as part of a team Is comfortable speaking to groups and helping guests Is willing to learn and take feedback Enjoys staying busy and active during shifts This role is not for you if Busy nights stress you out You'd rather not talk to people for hours You like quiet, predictable, repetitive work "Good enough" is good enough for you Requirements Weekend availability required Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to multitask in a guest-focused environment Compensation $16-18/hr starting Great Tips [Paid training / event bonuses / staff perks] Experience in hospitality, customer service, events, childcare, retail, restaurants, salons, or entertainment is helpful — but not required.
