The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow Provide menus and inform guests of specials or promotions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area Assist in managing waitlists and communicate wait times to guests Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for order management when necessary Skills Previous Host/Host experience preferred, with a background in food service or restaurant settings Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is an advantage Experience in hotel guest services or hospitality is beneficial Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries Knowledge of serving techniques and guest relations best practices Join our team as a Host/Host, where you will play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!
