As a Host at Brine, you spark connection the moment guests arrive, orchestrating the flow of our dining room with poise, genuine warmth, and a sincere welcoming disposition. What you'll do: Warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and guide the seating flow to set the tone for an exceptional experience. Maintain waitlists and accommodate special requests and preferences with openness. Communicate proactively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Foster a calm, inviting atmosphere—even during peak service periods. Speak confidently about our concept and menu offerings, helping guests feel informed and at ease. Occasionally step in to support the floor as needed, whether bussing tables or refreshing water service. What you'll bring: Grace, poise and genuine enthusiasm for guest interactions.
