Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of the FOH. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience in fine dining, bartending and banquet services. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff effectively, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Duties Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence. Implement training programs for staff on customer service, and operational procedures. Coordinate with culinary teams to ensure menus & TOAST are updated and printed, as well as oyster cards or special menus. Manage shift schedules to optimize staffing levels during peak hours while maintaining operational efficiency. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of FOH supplies and paper products; place orders as necessary to maintain stock. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that attract new customers; posting occassionally on Facebook/Instagram.
Requirements Availability during open hours:
Wednesday-Sunday Previous experience in restaurant management. Experience in fine dining establishments is preferred; banquet experience is a plus. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Proficient computer skills and payroll experience. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
