If you are passionate about hospitality, we would love you to join the team! You must be at least 18-years old for this position. This position is from Friday- Monday, 3:30pm- 9/10pm. We are also looking for a Sunday/ Monday front-of-house person too. Desired Skills and Experience High school diploma or GED 2+ restaurant experience Prior hosting, Maitre D, hotel front desk, bussing, or guest service experience Effective communication, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills Superior time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks for efficient service and smooth operations Technology proficient Excellent eye for details and aesthetics Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly manner and assist in answering any immediate questions about the restaurant Check guests in for their reservations and seat guests at tables/ bartop Help run food and drinks to guests Assist guests with to-go orders Answer all phone calls during service Assist with dining room set up Clear and clean tables- bus tables and glassware, wipe down surfaces Refill guests' waters Clean and organize the entrance area and surrounding areas before and during service Print all daily menus (as needed) Communicate with service and management team regarding wait times, open tables What We Provide We've created a culture that rewards genuine, results-driven, and fun-loving individuals who enjoy the company of others and respect each other's unique skills and individuality.
