Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests into the dining area. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage reservations and create seating arrangements to ensure an efficient flow of guests. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus. Assist in coordinating with the waitstaff team to ensure timely service. Answer phone calls and provide information to guests regarding restaurant hours, specials, and promotions. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area, including keeping the reception area clean and tidy. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate wait times and communicate any special requests or considerations. Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's offerings, including menu items and daily specials. Pay:

$15 to $17 an hour
