• Overview:

• We are seeking a Front of House Team Member, Host/Cashier, to join our team in the food industry. As a crucial part of our restaurant staff, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and assign seating
• Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations as needed
• Take and process customer phone/online orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Other duties as assigned

• Skills:

• Experience in food service and more specifically DINERS is required
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
