This role partners seamlessly with Account Executives, Sales Executives, and Flight Sales Executives to coordinate pre- and post-trip planning. Hospitality Hosts are dedicated to delighting guests by exceeding expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and authentic service. This role focuses on building strong guest relationships, fostering loyalty, and delivering memorable experiences for guests not assigned to Executive Casino Hosts.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with iOS devices
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to inspire confidence and demonstrate authenticity in guest and team interactions
  • Strong decision-making skills, particularly related to guest service and comp distribution
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Gaming License required
  • Alcohol Awareness Card required Physical & Mental Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, and use a step stool
  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • Visual range must include both near and far distances
  • Auditory awareness within the immediate environment
  • Ability to climb stairs and move quickly throughout the property

  • Greet guests throughout the casino and actively participate in social events and special promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to inspire loyalty and repeat visits
  • Anticipate guest needs and coordinate event reservations, transportation, and accommodations
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executive, Sales Executive, and Flight Sales Executive teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Use sound judgment in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines
  • Handle guest concerns and difficult situations with professionalism, calmness, and discretion
  • Proactively identify service gaps and take immediate action to resolve issues
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Communicate programs and services effectively to internal partners and stakeholders
  • Stay informed on all property events, promotions, and market activities
  • Track performance of existing services and support new initiatives
  • Fully comply with company policies, procedures, Code of Commitment, and regulatory requirements
