This is a part-time, multi-role position for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable helping wherever needed to provide our guests with great service. Our Front End Team Members may work as a Bartender, Server, Host, Cashier, Food Runner, or Busser depending on the shift, business needs, and employee experience. Team members may also have opportunities to work off-site catering and special events based on availability.
Responsibilities Duties may include:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Take dine-in, takeout, and bar orders accurately. Enter orders and process cash and credit card payments using the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages and check on guests throughout their visit. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when assigned to bartending duties. Verify identification and follow all applicable alcohol service requirements. Answer customer questions regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant services. Answer telephone calls and assist with takeout orders and general customer inquiries. Package and organize takeout orders accurately. Run food from the kitchen to guests and assist with clearing and resetting tables. Maintain clean and organized dining, lounge, bar, and front counter areas. Restock beverages, bar supplies, takeout supplies, condiments, and other front-end items as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure accurate and timely service. Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests and coworkers. Assist with private parties, catering orders, and special events as needed. Participate in off-site catering and community events based on availability. Perform other front-end duties as needed to support restaurant operations. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team. Has a friendly, professional attitude and strong customer-service skills. Can communicate clearly with guests and coworkers. Is comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale system. Can work in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment. Is willing to cross-train and work in multiple front-end positions. Can remain organized while handling multiple guests and responsibilities. Is able to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry food, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Is available for a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends. Must meet all legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages when performing bartending duties. Previous restaurant, bartending, serving, cashier, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Schedule This is a part-time position . Scheduling will vary based on business needs, employee availability, private events, and catering commitments. Regular restaurant operations are Sunday through Saturday (with closure days varying depending on season), with additional opportunities for private parties, catering, and off-site events.
