Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and guest needs. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and guest flow. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols during guest interactions. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized host stand and lobby area to enhance guest experience. Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude! Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone communication confidently and courteously. Basic math skills for managing seating counts, reservations, and waitlist calculations. Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest requests efficiently. Knowledge of food service operations, guest relations, and hospitality best practices enhances your ability to excel in this role.
