We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and friendly Party Coordinator to join our events team! If you love working with people, enjoy fast-paced environments, and don't mind jumping in wherever needed, this could be the perfect role for you. Our Party Coordinators help ensure every event runs smoothly and that guests (especially the kids!) have a great experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food and drinks to party guests promptly and professionally Set up and clean up party areas before and after events Assist parents or party hosts with any needs during the event Keep party spaces tidy and organized throughout the event Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional attitude at all times Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards

What We're Looking For:

Great people skills and a positive attitude Comfortable working with kids and families Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
