We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Team Crew members who enjoy working with children and families. Team Crew members help create a clean, safe, fun, and welcoming environment for every Guest. Responsibilities Guest Services / Cashier Welcome Guests with a friendly attitude and a smile. Check Guests in and out of the facility. Assist Guests with completing safety waivers. Answer Guest questions and provide excellent customer service. Restock snack and beverage stations. Ensure Guests have everything they need for an enjoyable visit. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and Guest area. Playroom Supervisor Supervise children in the playroom at all times. Maintain a safe, clean, and fun play environment. Monitor Guest activity and enforce all safety rules and facility guidelines. Provide a positive and engaging experience for children and families. Assist Guests with questions or concerns while they are in the playroom. Report safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues to a Manager immediately. Party Host Help set up and prepare party rooms before Guests arrive. Welcome the birthday child, family, and party Guests. Assist with party activities and ensure the party stays on schedule. Keep the party room clean and organized throughout the event. Restock supplies and assist with food, drinks, and other party needs as assigned. Complete party breakdown and cleanup after the event. Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure every party is a fun and memorable experience. What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality.
