Full Job Description Job Summary:

Saturdays and Sundays Positions ONLY (8:00am ~ 2:00pm) Saturdays and Sundays Positions ONLY (8:00am ~ 2:00pm) Saturdays and Sundays Positions ONLY (8:00am ~ 2:00pm) Saturdays and Sundays Positions ONLY (8:00am ~ 2:00pm) We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Duties:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist in setting up dining areas for service and maintaining cleanliness

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
